Ipu CET: It is a national level exam conducted in May for undergraduate admission in the colleges of Indraprastha University. SET: Symbiosis entrance exam for undergraduate admissions in colleges of Symbiosis University is shown in May NPAT: It is a national-level exam conducted by Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies for various undergraduate courses.

Aima UGAT: AIMA Under Graduate Aptitude Test is a national level exam conducted annually by the All India Management Association (AIMA) for admission to various management colleges.

DU JAT: DU JAT is a national-level entrance exam for admission to professional undergraduate programs offered at the University of Delhi.

BBA Admission Process:

 BBA Admission Process Generally, the BBA admission process is based either on merit (class XII scores) and on various entrance tests conducted by the university/college that offers the course. Group discussion and personal interview rounds are also undertaken.

Following are the BBA admission process in detail-

BBA Merit-Based Admission: Merit-Based Admission

Every year all the colleges release their cutoff list, and on fulfilling the cutoff criteria, the candidate becomes eligible to take admission in the BBA course. Some of the colleges offering access based on merit are Loyola College, Madras Christian College, etc.

Steps of Admission Process through Merit:

Online Registration: The first step is to log in to the online application portal and register by entering details like name, date of birth, mobile number, email id, etc.

After completion of registration, students will get a “Username” and “Password,” which will be their login credentials to log in to the portal next time.

Submitting Specific Details: The next step is to log in using the “Username” and “Password” provided. Students have to fill the application form with their basic details like gender, address, subject, marks, etc.

Uploading Documents: Upload the scanned copies of documents like mark sheets etc. The scanned copies are preferred in black and white and should be of a specific size as specified by the college. Payment of Application Fee: Candidates have to pay the application fee in the next step. Once the application fee is paid, the application number will be sent to the candidate through SMS or mail.

Review: This is the last step to get admission based on merit. Once all the registrations and payments are made, the college will decide and publish the students’ names as selected for admission. Group Discussion and Personal Interview: GD(Group Discussion) and Personal Interview will be conducted for the shortlisted candidates by the college.

In the group discussion, students have to discuss a given topic and give their perspectives. In a personal interview round, individuals are asked various questions related to their hobbies, interests, and academics.

BBA Exam-Based Admission: Entrance Based Test

Top BBA colleges like Department of Management Studies, Christ University, SSCBS, SVKMs NMIMS Anil Surendra Modi School of Commerce, etc., and take admission through gateways like SET, NPAT, DU JAT, etc.

The steps in the admission process through exam-based admission are as follows-

Online Registration: Students will have to register by providing their email ID, mobile number, and password, after which a login ID will be created.

Filling the Application Form: Once the login ID is generated, candidates need to fill the online form by giving personal and academic details. It requires selecting the course in which you have to take the exam. Document Upload: In this step, students have to upload all the scanned documents like photograph, signature, photo ID proof, class 10th and 12th certificate, etc. Application Fee: Students have to pay the application fee using Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking.

Download Application Form: After

Successfully paying the application fee, save and download the form for future reference.

Get Admit Card: Based on the record of details furnished, admit cards will be issued to eligible students, which will have to be downloaded.

Exam: After receiving the admit card, the exam dates are decided by different entrance tests. One needs to qualify for this exam to get admission successfully.

Declaration of Results: In the last step, students get to know about the result of the entrance exam for which they have appeared.
